Guest lists hold names, emails and phone numbers. Inviteley is built so that information stays with the company it belongs to.
- Private to your company. Every event, guest and pass belongs to your company account, and other companies can never see or change them.
- QR codes carry no personal details. A pass holds only a random code, so a photo of it reveals nothing about the guest.
- Only your team gets in. Every action is checked against the person's role, and important changes are recorded in an audit log.
- Hard-to-fake passes. Cancelled, expired, already-used and wrong-event passes are all turned away at the door.

Frequently asked questions
Do my guests need to install an app?
No. Each guest gets a link to their pass, which opens in any browser. Passes can also be printed or saved as a PDF.
Can a pass be used twice?
No. A pass checks in exactly once, even if two staff scan it at the same moment. A repeat scan shows when the guest was first checked in.
Can I import my existing guest list?
Yes. Upload a CSV file and Inviteley previews it and points out any rows with problems before anything is saved. Excel sheets can be saved as CSV first.
Who can see my guest data?
Only your team. Everything in Inviteley is tied to your company account, other companies can never see it, and QR codes contain a random code rather than names or email addresses.
Does check-in work on a phone?
Yes. Staff scan QR codes with the phone camera in the browser, or search for a guest by name if a pass is not at hand.
How do I get started?
Request a company account. Once it has been approved you get an email and can sign in and create your first event.
